Online Voice Over Subscription Services. Do They Help or Hurt?

I’m a big proponent of New Media and the exciting opportunities and possibilities there are in cyberspace for just about every business, including the Voice Over industry. The internet has certainly made life easier in so many ways. With all of this comes an onslaught of Voice Over subscription services where you sign up, get auditions sent to you and hopefully a slew of jobs. But it’s mostly a numbers game, where you make money in volume because many of those jobs are low paying. So, is this good for voice actors? Or not?
